Marcia Kim is a Certified Association Executive with over 15 years of leadership experience in the not-for-profit sector, with a background in professional associations across healthcare and public safety sectors. Prior to joining COPA as President and CEO in 2025, she served as Executive Director for the Eye Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario and the Ontario Professional Fire Fighters Association.

Marcia is known for her strategic, results-oriented approach—improving member engagement, diversifying revenue, and streamlining operations to enhance efficiency and impact. She brings a strong track record of advancing organizational goals while fostering inclusive, mission-driven cultures.
