At flying clubs and meeting halls from Newfoundland & Labrador to Vancouver Island to Canada’s Far North, COPA members are coming together to preserve the spirit of flight in their communities. You can help boost community aviation awareness while participating in locally sponsored aviation activities and events as members of a COPA Flight.

Activating your COPA Flight
Each COPA Flight needs to register and renew their annual status by end of every calendar year. If the information is not up-to-date, insurance coverage and any contributions COPA promised will become null. COPA Flights can update their status using the following form. Registering your events
COPA Flight can take advantage of our insurance coverage and event sponsorship contributions. By completing the following form, your COPA Flight can take advantage of insurance, promotion and additional support offered by COPA.

Aviation event listings
COPA keeps an updated list of upcoming aviation events across Canada. 

Leadership gatherings
COPA organizes events to bring our COPA Flight executives together. In 2025, we will begin hosting quarterly touchpoints between our COPA Flights via an online video conference. 

Recognition
Consider nomination your local COPA Flight for a COPA Flight Excellence Award. The COPA Flight Excellence Award was introduced in 2022 and is designed to recognize excellence in an active COPA chapter and its members for their commitment, service, and involvement in their COPA Flight, aviation and/or community-at-large. Nominations are made by COPA members and/or COPA Flights.
