TCCA Service Quality Initiative Update
Following my recent request (see Dec. 6 eflight newsletter) I have received much feedback on a variety of topics. Having too many emails to acknowledge them all individually, I would like the members from across the country to know that their comments have been received and they are making up the foundation of our service quality improvements dialogue with Transport Canada-Civil Aviation.
We will keep you informed of the results from our discussions with TCCA in the coming months.
