COPA’s membership fee refund policy is 30 days. Should you wish to cancel your membership within the first 30 days, you will be issued a full refund (in the same method of payment). If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, COPA will not be able to offer a refund on any membership fee (1 year regular and family, 3 years regular and family, all corporate and lifetime).

Memberships of any type will not be partially refunded after the 30 days have passed since purchase.

COPA Merchandise 

If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchanges on merchandise purchases. the refund will be issued in the same form as the purchase (same credit card, etc).

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please contact the COPA office to notify us of your intended return at or (613) 236-4901 ex. 100.

Once your merchandise return is received and inspected, COPA will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. 

If the item is in the same condition it was purchased, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original method of payment. COPA will not, under any circumstances, issue a refund to a different card or account than the one the item(s) was purchased with.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund, please check your bank account to verify and contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Please note: It takes between seven and ten business days for a debit card refund to be approved and for credit cards, it can take anywhere between three and seven days. 

If you still have not received your refund after ten business days have passed, please contact us at or (613) 236-4901 ex. 100.

Sale items

Purchases of sale items are final sale and are not eligible for a refund. Sale items may be exchanged for a COPA Store credit (membership fees excluded). Please contact us at or (613) 236-4901 ex. 100 to process an exchange. 

Items purchased with a gift certificate

Gift certificates have no cash value and the refund will be returned in the form of a COPA Store credit (membership fees excluded). 


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a COPA Store credit (membership fees excluded) for the value of your return (sale items are not included). 

Gifted memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable, at any time, including within the first 30 days.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. COPA will not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
