Nav Canada Billing Survey
Although no one particularly likes paying Nav Canada bills, the corporation is trying to make it as painless as possible. The company is surveying customers on its invoicing procedures to see if it can make the process better. “Nav Canada is interested in understanding how we can improve your invoicing and payment experience with us,” the corporation said in a news release. “We are conducting a short survey to gather insight from our customers and stakeholders on the effectiveness of our administrative processes focusing on invoicing, document management and payment processing.”
