The 4th Annual North Port Fly‑In hosted by COPA Flight 70 took place on Sept. 20-21, welcoming aviation enthusiasts, families, and community members for a full weekend of flying fun and friendly faces.
COPA Flight 177 awarded the first “Wrench The Dream” grants to Joy Kuai and Shane Jacobs, supporting their journey to become licensed aviation maintenance engineers and addressing Canada’s AME shortage.
The Canadian Owners and Pilots Association (COPA) and Elevate Aviation have joined forces in a three-year partnership to open doors, break down barriers and grow Canada’s aviation community. Together, the two organizations will deliver programs that inspire future aviators, support current pilots, and strengthen the industry through mentorship, education, and community engagement.
