AWARDS AND SCHOLARSHIPS

COPA Morris Kansun Memorial Scholarship

The new COPA Morris Kansun Memorial Scholarship celebrates the life, passion, and memory of Morris Kansun, an accomplished Canadian pilot and businessman.

Each year, up to three recipients are awarded $2,500 each to be used for eligible training costs associated with advanced flight training such as a commercial licence, various endorsements or advanced ratings for pilots who already have a PPL.

The scholarship was established in 2025 through a generous donation made in honour of the late Mr. Kansun.
