Aero-Gatineau will return to its familiar Sept. 15 time slot in 2018 after last year’s one-time accommodation of the Patrouille de France and discount tickets are on sale. A special Boxing Day Sale runs until Jan. 14 offering special prices for general admission tickets. The centrepiece of the show is Michael Potter’s extensive collection of vintage aircraft and some air show favourites anchor the aerial display. “Everyone will delight to see our Canadian icons, the Snowbirds return to the skies over Gatineau and the RCAF 2018 CF-18 Hornet sporting it NORAD 60th anniversary paint scheme,” said Michel Cote, director of ground operations for the show. There will also be a search and rescue display and plenty of other flying and static displays.
