COPA’s Corporate Members play a vital role in supporting our organization as we work to advance, promote, and preserve the Canadian freedom to fly. Member companies of the association are authorized to display that they are a proud member of COPA (and use the COPA Corporate Logo) on their promotional material. Any advertising on behalf of COPA must be agreed upon with COPA.

COPA member companies are invited to designate an individual to be a regular personal member of the association. This is an indirect method of providing the company with the regular voting and membership privileges of COPA.

The cost of a COPA corporate membership is $350.00 per year (plus applicable taxes) Payment may be made by cheque, Visa or Master Card.

The St. Andrews Airport is a fully controlled airport in the heart of St. Andrews, MB just five minutes north of the City of Winnipeg and offers an excellent opportunity for locating a new or existing business. St. Andrews Airport is owned by the Rural Municipality of St. Andrews and operated as a separate, independent corporation known as St. Andrews Airport Inc. Established in 1929 by 99 women pilots, led by Amelia Earhart, all areas of aviation are represented in our organization today. The Manitoba Chapter of Ninety-Nines, Inc. is proud to support women in all aviation disciplines by offering: over 20 scholarships annually, free access to our Red Bird Flight Simulator for all pilots at Lyncrest Airport, numerous workshops, study buddies, opportunities for members of the 99s worldwide to build hours for CPL/ATPL or stay current on our C150 C-FLUG for $20/hour, and free accommodation adjacent to Lyncrest Airport for 99s coming to Manitoba for flight training or to fly C-FLUG. Numerous women from across Canada have moved from FO to Captain thanks to the MB 99s’ C-FLUG! These resources contribute significantly to increasing the % of women in aviation from less than 6% in 2013 to 30% with Manitoba air carriers in 2021. The Manitoba Chapter of the 99s, Inc. is a non-profit, charitable organization, donations are welcome and tax-deductible. Thank you to the entire aviation community for donating time, energy, money and supplies to support these important equity and diversity initiatives, which in return strengthen our aviation community by engaging the entire population. CIVIL AIR SEARCH AND RESCUE ASSOCIATION

The Civil Air Search and Rescue Association (CASARA), is a Canada-wide volunteer aviation association dedicated to providing air search support services in downed aircraft, recently more humanitarian efforts, and promotes Canada’s Search and Rescue Program across Canada. Our volunteers are on call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to assist in providing air search assistance to the Royal Canadian Air Force.

 

 


THE VANCOUVER FLYING CLUB

The Vancouver Flying Club is run by a group of volunteers who are aviation enthusiasts.  We are here to promote affordable general aviation and share aviation experiences. Since there are no staff overheads to cover, all block time fees collected is put towards the operation and upgrading of the aircraft, including general maintenance, insurance, fuel, annual inspection and hangarage. 

 


CANADIAN AERIAL APPLICATORS ASSOCIATION

The primary objective of the CAAA is to promote safety and education amongst its participating members. The CAAA works with federal and provincial government agencies to design policies that are fair and equitable and, above all, that protect both rural customers and urban dwellers. The CAAA advises regulatory agencies on matters pertaining to the safe and efficient aerial application of pesticides and other crop inputs.
