Annual General Meeting
COPA’s 2026 Annual General Meeting is set for June 20, 2026 in Orillia, Ontario at Orillia Rama Regional Airport (CNJ4). More details and registration information will be shared soon. Stay tuned!

In adherence to our by-laws, the Canadian Owners and Pilots Association will be seeking nominations to fill the position of Regional Director / Board Member representing the regions of:
- Southern Ontario (3 positions)
- Quebec (2 positions)
- British Columbia & Yukon (2 positions)
- The Maritimes (special election for 1 position).
The 2026 Board of Directors Election cycle campaign period began on February 16 and run through March 27, during this time, candidates will have the opportunity to share why they are the right person to represent their region.
Voting will open on March 30 and conclude on April 10. Members in regions with an election should keep an eye on your email inbox for further instructions and information on the voting process.
