 Pre-authorized Payment:

  • We will automatically renew your membership each year and charge it to either your VISA or MasterCard. This will ensure your membership never lapses! Sign up now for your automatic annual renewal and receive $2 off your first year. You can download the form here (pdf format) or fill out the form in the newspaper and fax or mail it to COPA.

Electronic Banking:

  • You can now pay your COPA membership dues and/or donations right through your bank by telebanking or web banking. The company name is COPA and your membership number is used as your account number. Check with your bank for further details.

Membership Requirements:

  • Anyone supporting COPA's Mission statement and objectives may become a member of the Canadian Owners and Pilots Association. Fees are paid annually to COPA's office in Ottawa. There is no age limit for membership.

Regular Membership:

  • Open to anyone interested in becoming a COPA member. Regular membership is for one person. 

    Price: $58.00 (plus applicable taxes). Three Year Membership: $158.00 (plus applicable taxes).

Family Membership:

  • Any number of Regular Members living at the same principal residence may apply under the Family Membership and take advantage of one low annual fee. All members enjoy the full benefits of being a regular member except that only one set of publications will be sent to a household. 

    Price: $79.00 (plus applicable taxes). Three Year Family Membership: $221.00 (plus applicable taxes).

  • Any corporation supporting COPA's aims and objectives may become a corporate member of the association upon payment of the annual dues. Complimentary Student Pilot Subscription:

  • Any person, non-COPA member, having completed their first solo may apply within 90 days to qualify and receive 1 year of the COPA Flight online newspaper and access to COPA's member's only website as our congratulations for your achievement and to introduce you to COPA.
